She sat down at her usual seat in that café.
It was near the window,
And the view was magnificent.
The rows of fiery red trees,
Seemed to lighten up the usually darkened pathway.
She ordered her usual coffee,
And gaze longing at the scenery.
Her ice coffee came.
She slip a little,
And placed it gently back onto the table.
She looked up.
She looked at the seat opposite her.
An image of him formed in her mind.
He used to sit at that seat,
And drank that same coffee.
He would glance,
At the tress,
That lined neatly at two sides of the pathway outside.
Looking at it loving,
He would slip his coffee once in a while.
Thinking of him,
Tears became to roll down her cheeks.
One part of her wants to be strong.
Another part of her keeps crying because of missing him.
Yet,
Both parts of her wanted to see him again.
To stare at him,
While he dreamily,
Looked at that world beyond that window.
To others,
She appeared normal.
Laughing along with others,
Playing along with others,
Working hard along with others.
Yet,
Deep down inside her heart,
Have never spent a day without thinking of him.
The sun began to set,
Turning the sky into a gloomy red.
The wind blew,
Gently rustling the leaves of the trees.
Fallen leaves gracefully drift towards the ground,
Occasionally they will float upwards to the sky,
Like dancing in the air for her to see.
She took another slip of the coffee,
And watched it loving,
Waiting for him.
